Skinny-Obsessed ♥

I am a 15 year old, Australian girl. Follow my weight loss journey and join me if you like. I plan to lose weight in a healthy way, i have no eating disorder whatsoever - I love food way too much! I am quite healthy, i just want to tone up slightly. I'm not one of those girls who feel guilty after binging I'm just happy i got to enjoy the food ;). I'm going to start/started the skinny girl diet on the 3rd of October. I am 171 cm and my starting weight is 63kg making my starting BMI - 21.6. I am very athletic and fit, so i am taking into account that I have muscle that would weigh quite alot. I am going to set my first goal weight at 61kg (BMI - 20.9), second goal weight at 59kg (BMI - 20.2), third goal weight at 57kg (BMI - 19.5) then if i reach this i will reassess. All of these are in the healthy BMI range. I'm unsure if this is even possible as i have a very curvy body shape. Wish me good luck and check out my progress on my stats page. ♥

Since it’s school holidays, it’s been hard for me to follow the diet..

I’ll be starting more seriously next week, but continue trying to eat slightly healthier for now. :)
